The buyer has up to 14 days to initiate a return upon receipt. To initiate a return, please send the reason why and purchase order number details to email@example.com. After 14 days, explicit approval is required to initiate a return. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for return approval.
When your return request is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label from email@example.com. Typically within the 14 day window, Golf Ball Monkey will cover the shipping charges. Outside the 14 day return window, who covers the shipping costs depends on why you’re returning it.
You’ll also receive a date by which you should ship the item back. You can find this date in the details of your return request which will be provided by firstname.lastname@example.org If the item is not sent back by this date Golf ball Monkey LLC may close the request and you will not receive a refund.
Keep in mind that the condition of the item you send back to Golf Ball Monkey is important, so repack it carefully. If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, Golf Ball Monkey may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
Once Golf Ball Monkey receives the item back from you we will issue your refund within 2 business days. When a refund is issue, you’ll receive an email letting you know.
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
