Yes. Our recycled golf ball performance does not vary from new ones of the same make and model.
To keep the grading system as simple as possible, our golf balls are broken up into 2 different grades. These grades are AAAAA and AAAA.

• Grade AAAAA: These golf balls play as a new ball would, and are in mint or near-mint condition. They likely have been hit only once or twice, and may have small player markings, or the smallest of scuffs. They may include team or company logos. Grade A balls will never have X-OUT or PRACTICE stampings.
• Grade AAAA: These golf balls have cosmetic imperfections, but which do not affect play. They could contain player markings, minor scuffing, or a slight blemish or discoloration of sorts that prevents us from putting our “Grade A” stamp on them. They may include team or company logos as well as X-OUT or PRACTICE stampings
We don’t sell any low grade or shag golf balls unless a special order is requested via e-mail.
We offer our customers a USPS shipping rates for orders under $66.00. For orders greater than $66.00, shipping is free of charge.
Once your order is received, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. All orders placed on the weekend or holiday a tracking number will be provided the next business day. Our default shipping is via USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail. Typical deliver times are 2-3 days, but NOT guaranteed.

You will be notified by Golf Ball Monkey with a tracking number for your shipment to the email address provided. Please check your bulk and spam folders if it does not show up in your inbox. Also, please make sure you check that your email address is correct.

You should receive your order typically within 2 to 3 business days (USA) once shipped depending on where you are located. These are estimated time-frames per the USPS and not guaranteed.
Confirmation emails are sent after every purchase usually within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to check your junk folder in your email client if you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your golf balls, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Initiate a return request through the “My Account” area or contact us at golfballmonkey@gmail.com.

If it is our mistake we will pay for the shipping, if it is due to the another reason, you will be requested to pay for shipping.

Golf Ball Monkey may provide you an upgraded ball experience. But the brand and model will never change.
Golf Ball Monkey will either refund or reship the package if not received. However, if the mail carrier shows that the package has been delivered, then it is the responsibility of the customer to work with the carrier to resolve.
Yes, we offer money back guarantee within 30 days, however a 3% restocking fee will be incurred if the balls are returned and there we no issues found with the shipment., However, if there was an issue with the shipment, no restocking fee will be charged.
