I ordered Callaway Truvis 5 A Mint the first time and I got so many balls discolored, with scrubs and I even got a triple track ball so bad in there. I send them back and ask to resend them hoping to get better balls. I understand that things happened so decided to give them a chance. I noticed a video on Instagram that they got new Truvis so I ordered another 6 dozens thinking that I will get better balls right. We’ll not even close, I receive the same thing. I ordered from other companies online and never got as poor of a quality than Ball Monkey. The way they send their balls is so poor that I totally get why their product is so poor. Will never order from them and waiting for a response back.
